Estates, wills, vital records, amendments, elections?

How can I find out about:

• Probate Court Matters such as: Estates, wills, copies, etc.
• Vital Records: Births, deaths, vital records, amendments, and elections.

Jurisdiction

• Appointment of guardians and/or conservators for incapacitated adults and minors.
• Involuntary treatment of persons suffering from mental illness and/or drugs or alcohol.
• Issuance of certain licenses and permits and performs certain administrative duties.
• Vital records (birth & death records from 1919 to present)
• The Probate Judge of Worth County is also the Superintendent of Elections.

Please call for appointments for matters before the Judge including marriage ceremonies.

Applications for a firearm or marriage license are issued between the hours of 8:30AM - 4:30PM.
